4.0 out of 5 starsDifferent layout is annoying but it does what it says on the tin

If, like me, you live with a family who have turned losing the remote into an olympic sport, this is a lifesaver. I have long questioned why the world's leading home automation service, that can answer unlimited questions about Mayan history whilst farting in Welsh, isn't capable of findings her own remote. As you'd expect, Alexa was listening. She took my idea and converted into this Remote Pro. You're welcome peeps.
Ask Alexa to find the remote and it lights up and plays an alarm. It's as simple as that.
The biggest issue I have is the layout of the remote. The new buttons for Netflix, etc. and then the programmable buttons that you can use to add other streaming services, are great. But why move around the standard buttons such as volume. All of our other Amazon remotes are the same as each other, just this one stands out on its own to mess with your mind.
In short, it's a bit of a frivolous purchase when you consider the price. I'll certainly be waiting for a big sale before buying them for our other Cubes and Sticks, but it has saved us hours of arguing about which cushion the remote is under.
