I so wanted to give this 5 stars but I honestly can’t!
I recommended this to a neighbour, she ordered it and I set it up for her. I had the older version so upgraded mine.
To say I’m underwhelmed would be a slight understatement……just after dusk, my older Spotlight used to light up when it detected motion, THIS ONE DOES NOT, even though it’s in the same place!
It will only light up when it’s completely dark outside and that’s not every time. Sometimes there’s a delay with the lights coming on.
This NEVER happened with the older Spotlight Cam.
There’s nothing wrong with our Internet connection.
I’ve tried to vary the motion and sensitivity settings, but it’s just the same.
Not sure if Ring have meant this to happen with the new Plus version? However the 1st Plus I ordered had to be returned because there was a fault with one of the battery compartments.
Can anyone advise if they have the same issue?
