I love Yankee candles. I was nervous of ordering in case would arrive broken and unfortunately it did. Returned easily. Hit or miss if will arrive intact. Hopefully they improve packaging so less likely to break

Bought this as a Christmas gift and the wick is black- looks like it’s been previously used not happy and no option to get a replacement or sent back can’t give as a gift without recipient thinking I’m a scrubber giving a used candle wouldn’t of gave any starts so disappointed as I’ve ordered 4 in total and this is used!

This is a FAKE Yankee Candle, purchased Yankee candles for years and trust me this is FAKE

It arrived odd, wrapped in bubble wrap with zero protection - nothing like the usual Yankee candle packaging/boxes that I usually receive.

Opened the candle, it smelt strange (have purchased years ago this particular scent - this one is nothing like it). But thought maybe once lit it may be different. Very wrong, the scent is nothing like the real Yankee candle baby powder scent. The candle was greasy with bubbles, even black objects larger than a 20p piece was amongst the wax, it was odd

The candle burnt down within hours, leaving more than 3/4 of the candle left intact - this tells you in itself it's fake, never had an issue with a real Yankee candle having short burn times or indeed leaving so much wax behind

Then I looked underneath - never in my life seen a Yankee candle ever be made in another country rather than the USA

Please be warned, this is fake and you will be disappointed

Ordered for a wedding gift arrived snash, box fine inside wrapping poor. Ordered another one and that also arrived smashed for same reason. Left trying to find another gift as couldn't chance a third time! I am sure it would have been lovely if hadn't arrived smashed both times.

Dear readers, do not waste your money buying this. Buy from a department store or official Yankee candles online. I am a huge fan of Yankee candles. I have tried many different fragrances from places like Debenhams, Clinton card shops and other mall shops and they have always been excellent. Even the product materials are of a good quality. To say I thought I was saving myself time amid the pandemic we are currently living in, I assumed it best to order online from Amazon. Huge mistake. I purchased warm cashmere which has hardly any smell and instead a strong smell of white spirit!
I am beyond disappointed and let down. I will never buy this product from Amazon again.
