Strong lovely smell and container but....

It's too wide for the single wick. I had to put foil around it to get it to full melt the top on first burn. Not the end of the world but that's where the strong scent works against you. It was too much. However it comes in a lovely pot jar and copper effect metal lid. If it wasn't for the wick versus diameter issue it would be 5 stars.

It’s a lovely pot it comes in with the metal lid.
Personally, I can’t really smell much which is a shame. I wouldn’t purchase again. Especially for the price.

I loved the look of this candle and the unique scent it was supposed to have. It’s not strong at all it actually doesn’t smell at all. When the candle is not lit and you sniff it you can smell it a little bit but once burning it you can’t smell anything in the house. I like to have my candles actually make my house smell good. Wouldn’t never purchase this brand again.

It is burning unevenly with the 3 wicks and the wicks are burning away too quickly and now being flooded by the melted wax. Slower burning wicks would have been better, but the beautiful vessel and fragrance make up for it!

My candle did not come in a ceramic container. It seemed more metal. Maybe they made a change. The candle itself is deep in the gray container, so when I lit all three wicks, I could not see the candle burning, when it was brand new, unless I put it below me. It also burns too quickly. I wish I could return it, but I have lit it. There are simply better candles out there. And the Hygge promo is pure hype. No need to make that up to sell a candle when it is good. This doesn't even feel like I have a candle.

I love Paddywax candles, especially the library collection. The scent on this one however, is very very faint. I lit it and can’t even tell it’s going - it doesn’t change the aroma of the room. Might be a one off because Paddywax usually makes really lovely candles.
