It’s a new product but there are some teething problems it seems, the sensor seems to detect noises from running water and when you place dishes/cups on a dish drainer both of which aren’t glass breaking noises. I’ve noticed as well that I don’t get push notifications when a glass breakage is detected I only find it out by checking the event history of the device now it might be that the alarm needs to be armed in home or away mode to receive the push notifications but I wouldn’t see why as you get push notifications from the contact sensors and motion detectors regardless of armed status and you can actually set the sensor to be listening constantly regardless of armed status. I have been in contact with ring and their neighbour solutions experts and waiting on their response
