Unfortunately had to return this item as the app would not down load as my SAMSUNG Edge S7 was not compatible with the app. Having cgecked the spec prior to purchase nowhere does it state what Android version is required, mine is vetsion 8. All the tech help desk said was phone modles chabge and you need to ensure you have a compatible modle. Would be much more helpful if in the first instance there provided information explained the Andriod version required to run their product.
