chrome not used , is Silk browser , you can install others , Fire Tablets although Android based ,do not have Google platforms to run many Android apps , you can install Play store , tutorials on YouTube , takes only 10 minutes , you can then access most browsers ,

I suggest you re-read the specs on this Fire HD 10 Plus Tablet. No where does it indicate it is a phone in addition to the other capabilities.

Don't bother. I have tried to install it, but the app store doesn't recognise the kindle and won't register it. I'm in the process of trying to get my money back from Microsoft as Amazon don't seem to know what to do about it.

i would say no because i have spent almost 4 every day since buying my fire10 HD
trying to install talktalks security on it and every turn its a block so looks like i am stuck with amazon very poor apps
