Is the one received the same as illustrated? Are the handles grey on top (near the hole)? Are there 'hooks' on the stand to stop them falling off?

The ones I received were yes, dark grey apart from the rubberised handle. The part at the top of the carousel is hooked up to stop the utensils coming off.
