She shares all her in depth knowledge about hormones and gives you simple achievable ways to get you back on the straight and narrow.
I read through this book in two days, and like her first book it’s one I will always refer back to.
You will be armed and dangerous after reading this, your mind body and soul will definitely thank you! But more so, your hormones will be happier
Really love the way it’s written, in simple terms and it’s like I’m reading a conversation with a friend (is it helping that I’m a Northerner too?!)
