This is not a recipé book as such, it is how to achieve yourobjective - reducing glucose spike by
eating whole foods not processed rubbish, in a certain order. Check out the Author’s instagrams
NB I saw another review rubbishing this book, writer had expected it to be all plant recipes & complaining it was just smothering everything in dairy products. Obviously they had not read the first book by Jessie which explains the theory, nor read this book which does recommend dressing your carbs, but not necessarily in dairy.
