I’ve had teeth whitening in the past performed at a salon, and I’ve stocked up on Crest strips in the US. With both of these I experienced a ‘tooth popping’ painful sensation, which put me off whitening altogether.
I came across Dr Dent by accident and thought I’d try the smallest pack. In just 30 minutes, my teeth had lightened. They weren’t bright white, but they looked lovely and clean and definitely a shade lighter on the guide included (level 3 to level 2). I was very surprised, especially as there was no pain. It’s been a few weeks and my teeth have remained clean looking. I can’t wait to give the strips a second go, and this time I’ll leave them on for the full hour.

Immediate change after the first use- teeth were much brighter and lots of stains were lifted. I'm really glad I bought these after doing a lot of research in to the different types on amazon, and will continue using then.

It's a bit fiddly applying to the lower teeth but a tool is provided to help keep the mouth open. I recommend thoroughly drying your teeth first before applying!

I have tried this product over a long period of time and I can comfortably say I'm fully satisfied by it. It does NOT cause teeth sensitivity which is very important to me since other similar stripes from other brands did have that side effect and they also don't have a weird bitter taste, actually, they have no taste at all, which is good! They are not extremely powerful in terms of whitening but I guess it's because they are designed to be used either every day for a week or every two days, which I didn't, I have been very inconsistent but I still saw results.

In short, I'd recommend it!

I bought these out of sheer curiosity, as I'd heard a lot about teeth whitening strips, but always wrote them off as some marketing gimmick without actually doing anything, however I'm glad to say I find myself pleasantly surprised! While they are a little fiddly to put in at first, once you get the hang of it, it's rather easy. The taste is mild and you'd be surprised how quickly you forget you have them in (at least for me). There is a noticeable difference after just a couple of uses, and with daily brushing (obviously), you can really get the most out of this product.
