This is a solid, well written and nicely illustrated book for nice simple air fryer recipes. I am pleased we purchased this book, as it complements our other volumes on this method of cooking. It is slightly unfair of me to compare this book with the authors other cookery book, which uses a completely different preparative and cooking method. However, I feel his book on slow cooking is brilliant and deserves great applause, whilst this book is good it doesn't reach the same heights in terms of the type and number of top quality meal's having a wow factor. Although, this volume takes you through the rudimentary process of air fryer recipes and procedure's and for that reason alone deserves our consideration. In summary, I am pleased we purchased this book, as it is up with the best in air fryer cooking but a little disappointed after the original book was so outstanding.

It’s so handy to have one to make sure we use the air fryer for more than just chips and it doesn’t become another bulky appliance. Food is quick to make, crisp and the recipes are good, tasty everyday meals without being too fancy and needing 20 ingredients. Equally, they’re not boring and mundane so all in all a great book for those who want fast and easy cooking

This book has been a revelation; I was given an airfryer for Christmas and for the few months between then and this book being released, my family and I were very much sick of making only chips, sausages, chicken goujons etc, in it. This book opened a huge number of possibilities for us, and I’m so grateful! Everything is pretty quick to make, really family friendly, and v tasty. My only hang up (and actually it’s nothing to do with the book at all - but a bit of advice for anyone reading this who is thinking of buying an airfryer) I have the tefal 2 in 1 cooker (everything rotates and the 2nd basket cooks after the 1st basket is done) and it’s great, but a few of these recipes require a larger cooking basket which isn’t possible for me. But I’ve cooked lots from the book already and I’ll be using it for years to come!!
