So much better than buying 3 pin to USB-C adaptors when you already have so many USB-A sockets already. Small size fits in the van and the car perfectly for charging, only downside is that data and transfer speeds aren’t as fast as direct USB-C but adequate for what I’m using them for.

At nearly £3 per adapter these don’t seem cheap, but they seem to be well made and are very useful, so having a few around the house is worthwhile if you have a collection of Type C gadgets and USB A charging devices. My phone came with a USB-C – USB-C cable but no charger. These adaptors avoided buying another cable. Many older charging outlets, such as found in hotels, still tend to use Type-A sockets so having an adaptor is very handy and takes up very little space. They have an excellent range of colours to choose from. I picked the red casings because they stand out making it easier to spot where you’ve used/put them. Very pleased with them, a useful accessory for travel or home.
